By accessing or using Fairfield Landscapes (“we,” “our,” or “us”) services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Fairfield Landscapes provides photo-based landscape review, yard cleanup, seasonal cleanup, garden bed refresh, mulch refresh, curb appeal support, pool-area exterior support, pre-sale exterior readiness, and recurring property maintenance planning. Some requests may require specialist or larger-project review before work can be confirmed.
Estimates, ranges, and next-step recommendations are based on the photos, notes, and approved scope available at the time of review. Final pricing may vary based on access, disposal, materials, site conditions, hidden conditions, weather, and customer-approved scope changes.
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements or invoices. Late payments may incur additional fees where permitted by the applicable agreement.
You may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Plant performance, weed return, water conditions, drainage outcomes, and hidden site conditions cannot be guaranteed. Tree work, pesticide or treatment work, drainage correction, hardscape, irrigation, electrical work, structural work, wetlands or permitting, and hidden conditions are excluded unless specifically reviewed and included in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut.
