All estimates provided are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on project scope, materials, and site conditions. Fairfield Landscapes reserves the right to adjust pricing before work begins.
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing through our partner programs. Late payments may incur additional fees.
You may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Fairfield Landscapes warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We carry comprehensive liability and workers' compensation insurance.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fairfield Landscapes and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut.
